Answer: WE ACCEPT ALL ORDERS UP UNTIL 10 PM, WE DELIVER EVERYTHING WE ACCEPT.

Question: WHAT AREAS DO WE DELIVER TO?
Answer: WE DELIVER SAME DAY IN LANGLEY, SURREY, WHITE ROCK, AND SURROUNDING AREAS. WE ALSO OFFER EXPRESS MAIL ORDER , FOR ALL ACROSS CANADA. Minimum of $150 or please chat with us to inquire.

PS. THERE ARE CERTAIN MINIMUMS IN PLACE FOR SURROUNDING CITIES PLEASE INQUIRE VIA LIVE CHAT.
ALDERGROVE = $75 min/ Pitt Meadows & Maple Ridge = $125 Other Areas 150$ – 200$ minimum.

Question: WHAT IS THE ETA USUALLY?
Answer: WOULD BE WITHIN 30 MINS – 2 HOURS. WHEN THE DRIVER STARTS  THE TASK YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION WITH THEIR EXACT ETA AND A LINK TO TRACK THEIR PROGRESS VIA TEXT.

Question: HOW CAN I PAY
Answer: YOU CAN PAY VIA CASH, AND E-TRANSFERS UPON CHECKOUT. WE  PREFER CASH IF POSSIBLE PLEASE!

Question: DO WE OFFER REFUND OR EXCHANGES?
Answer: WE OFFER STORE CREDITS AS REFUNDS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL A PREPAID ORDER, WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS AFTER THEY’VE BEEN DELIVERED DUE TO COVID-19.

Answer: ALL PACKAGES WILL BE DISCREET AND SMELL PROF
● Product is AIR sealed to eliminate odours and seal in freshness
● Product is then placed in a discreet unmarked parcel with a shipping label
● Extra care is always taken to ensure there is no smell or appearance of the contents within the package

Question: HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Answer: We offer same day delivery service. Please expect a delivery fee of $5 for orders under $50. We have a $30 minimum for Langley, other close areas the minimum is $50.
1. Add desired products to your shopping cart and then checkout
2. At checkout, you’ll have the option to select payment via cash or e-Transfer. The e-Transfer instructions are provided via email after the order is completed (check your spam if it’s not there).
3. Then select a delivery time. Orders are delivered within 2 hours from the delivery time selected. Please be advised, we will ONLY deliver to residential addresses.
4. When the delivery driver is on their way to you, you’ll receive a tracking link!
